Privacy policy

Tripniva is an AI trip planner. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it.
What we collect
- Your trip requests: the text you type (origin, destination, dates, who is travelling, preferences) and the plan we produce.
- An anonymous browser cookie that lets you come back to your trips. Cookies are small files your browser stores.
- An account, if you create one: your email address and a scrambled (hashed) password. We never store your password itself.
- Basic usage and security data: pages used, buttons clicked, and your IP address, which we use to stop abuse and limit automated traffic.
- Voice, only if you use the microphone: a short recording is sent to a speech-to-text service and is not stored by us.
Who processes it for us
- Trusted service providers that help us run Tripniva and process your requests, only as needed to provide the service.
- Travel and shopping partners (for example flight, tour, rental, transfer and online stores) receive you only when you click their links, and then handle your data under their own policies.
- Partner tracking script (optional): only if you press "Accept all" on the cookie notice, a script from our travel affiliate network may load on some pages to track bookings. "Essential only" keeps it off.
Why we use it, and how long we keep it
To run the service, keep your trips available, prevent abuse and understand which features are used. Trips and accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them. Security logs are kept for a short time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for optional cookies, at any time. You can also clear your cookies in your browser. Contact us at info@tripniva.online.
Children
Tripniva is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
